Concept2 goes skiing
Concept2 has unveiled the latest addition to its range, the SkiErg, designed to build ski-specific strength and endurance.
As well as providing an aerobic workout, the machine is also intended to encourage the proper Nordic skiing technique for maximum efficiency.
With adjustable handle straps and a resistance set by the user thanks to an air-resistant flywheel, users can track their progress with the SkiErg Performance Monitor.
The monitor gives information on the user’s heart rate, distance travelled and also comes with a range of preset workouts.
