Consultancy move for Oxley
The former group operations director of SLM, John Oxley, has left to start up his own consultancy business.
Oxley joined the company in 1991 and, during his 16 years at SLM, helped expand the business from two sites to 56. During that time, the company also grew into a comprehensive contract management operation including the Banana Fitness and Health brand, SLM Community Leisure and SLM Food & Beverage.
He is now offering bespoke strategic and tactical services to the leisure industry and other sectors with John Oxley Consulting.
Services include: vision, values, culture and change management; leadership, people development and team dynamics; commercial performance; and project management.
