Council to debate Wycombe stadium scheme
Wycombe District Council's (WDC) cabinet is to debate the plans for the town's new community sports stadium at a meeting on 18 July.
Members will mull a strategic outline business case for the Wycombe Community Stadium and Sports Project, which will look at the potential for the council's continued involvement. A collaboration agreement with Wycombe Sports Development - working on behalf of both London Wasps and Wycombe Wanderers Football Club - will also be discussed.
WDC leader Alex Collingwood said: "As part of a review of our priorities, we think that it is appropriate to consider the Council's future role in the Wycombe Community Stadium and Sports Project."
