Council unveils latest Nine Elms scheme
Wandsworth Council has unveiled the latest project to form part of the Vauxhall, Nine Elms, Battersea Opportunity Area - a mixed-use redevelopment of the Market Towers office.
It is the latest set of proposals for the South London regeneration area, which also features a major overhaul of Battersea Power Station and Royal Mail's proposed Parkside scheme. The Market Towers scheme, which is currently being called One Nine Elms, will boast a hotel and a new public square with restaurants and cafés, as well as hundreds of new homes.
Green Properties owns the site on the corner of Nine Elms Lane and Wandsworth Road and has appointed CIT as its development partner for the scheme.
