Crowne Plaza London unveils new business dining concept
Crowne Plaza London – The City has unveiled a new dining concept at its Refetterio restaurant.
Private Dining by Giorgio Locatelli, named after Refettorio’s Michelin-starred chef, has been designed to accommodate small to medium sized corporate and meeting groups.
Guests will be able to question Refettorio staff about the ingredients and the preparation of the food, while sommelier Antonio Nunzet will guide guests through the wine list.
Giorgio Locatelli said: “As well as serving good traditional, seasonal cuisine, our objective is to create an environment where guests can socialise and interact over food. Essentially we are aiming to make the business meeting a more convivial affair.”
The hotel’s general manager, Paul Brackley, added: “This new collaboration with our partner Giorgio Locatelli will allow us to expand the service offered to our guests, giving them a tailored experience, and build on the success of the Refettorio restaurant.”
