Boxing legend, David Haye, and outdoor operator Be Military Fit (BMF) have joined forces to launch the BMF at home boxing week.
"Round 1" took place on 4 April at 6.00pm on the BMF Facebook page and will include an interview with David Haye.
"Round 2" will happen on 6 May at 6.00pm featuring a workout with David Haye.
"Round 3" will move to a morning slot on 8 May at 9.45am, when David and his son, Cassius Haye will lead a family-friendly workout.
The tie up is part of an ongoing relationship between Bear Grylls' BMF and the boxer.
