David Lloyd Leisure is to move its head office to Bedfordshire this summer.
By moving the offices to Houghton Hall Office Park in Dunstable, owner Whitbread hopes to align David Lloyd more closely with its hotel and restaurant businesses - which have offices in the area.
Human resources director for David Lloyd, Lynne Weedall, said: 'The company's head office was established at Houslow in the early 1990's because of its proximity to our Heston club. Our decision to move reflects the transformation of David Lloyd Leisure from a three club operation to a network of 49 clubs across the UK and Ireland.'
Whitbread's corporate offices are also nearby, being situated in Luton.
