Dermalogica has released its new tint system. Dermalogica Sheer Tint SPF 20 and Dermalogica Cover Tint SPF 20.

The products have been designed to improve skin health while concealing surface imperfections by either adding a subtle wash of sheer colour or layering cover.

The two levels of coverage are available in three shades and the new treatment products integrate broad spectrum UV defense with SPF 20. Both products are hydrating, contain antioxidants to combat free radical damage, and support skin cell renewal and collagen generation for a firmer skin texture, in addition to visually perfecting the appearance of the skin.

Sheer Tint SPF 20 is more transparent, and provides moisture via Dermalogica’s formulation of Hyaluronic Acid delivering time-released hydration to the skin. Sheer Tint SPF 20 also inhibits tyrosinase activity, the process which triggers hyperpigmentation. Dermalogica Cover Tint SPF 20 offers a cover equivalent to liquid cosmetic foundations. Sponges are provided for a more lightweight coverage, or the product may be applied with the fingertips for maximum coverage.

Formulas for both Sheer Tint SPF20 and Cover Tint SPF20 use natural mineral iron oxides and light-diffusing hydrolyzed pearl powder to even out the appearance of skin texture and are available in light, medium and dark tones.

Both products are compatible with all skin types, as prescribed by a licensed professional skin therapist following a Dermalogica Face Mapping skin analysis.

They are formulated to be applied over a recommended Dermalogica moisturiser, and may be applied over Dermalogica SkinPerfect Primer SPF30. For clients desiring maximum UV protection, Solar Defense Booster SPF50 may be blended into either product for maximum benefits against the sun.
