Eastleigh cinema and leisure scheme announces preferred developer
Cordwell Leisure Developments has been announced as the preferred development partner for the Eastleigh cinema and leisure scheme.
The selection of Cordwell comes after several months of work undertaken over the summer when a number of developers presented proposals for the new complex, which will incorporate an eight-screen multiplex cinema plus leisure units including a casino, restaurants, bar and hotel.
A planning application for the scheme will now be submitted to Eastleigh borough council by early summer 2004.
