Greater Manchester-based swimming pool engineering firm FT Leisure has been appointed to work on new leisure centre developments at Kings Cross, London, and Holt Park, Leeds.

The group will be providing swimming pool facilities at both schemes, with the Kings Cross centre to include a 25m, four-lane pool with a counter current swim unit.

FT Leisure's disabled access platform and moveable floor system are to be installed as part of the Kings Cross scheme, which will also house learner, splash and spa pools.

Meanwhile, Holt Park will include a 25m pool, a learner pool and a hydrotherapy pool. FT Leisure is to design, supply and install the water treatment and filtration systems for each.

FT Leisure currently provides products and technical services across a range of commercial, municipal and private swimming pool projects.
