The eighth Forum Hotel & Spa has kicked off at the Four Seasons George V in Paris today.

The theme for discussions and expert panel debates is 'Perfection' and how to achieve it in the wellness world.

Guest speakers include Jeremy McCarthy, international group director of spa for Mandarin Oriental, architect Alberto Apostoli of Alberto Apostoli, Dr Franz Linser of Linser Hospitality, and Jean-Guy De Gabriac of Tip Touch International.

Topics due to be discussed against the theme of pursuing 'perfection' include the need for quality integrated planning when preparing to build and operate a profitable spa; differences in spa management methods globally and culturally different customer expectations.

In addition to a number of networking sessions, suppliers will be invited to debate during several panel sessions. Brands invited to participate in these expert panels include Gharieni, Intraceuticals, Assur Beauty, YouSpa, SpaStream, Bamford, ESPA, Goldbad and Mary H SA.

Later in the evening, the Black Diamond Award will be awarded to the 'Best Spa Manager 2015".
