The Forum Hotel & Spa networking and educational event, set to take place on 2 June at the Four seasons george V in paris, has added a new award to the programme: the Red Diamond Award.

The Red Diamond award is designed to honour thalassotherapy managers, and is in addition to the Black Diamond award, given each year to an outstanding spa manager.

“After deep reflection, and seeing the development of the thalassotherapy industry getting closer and closer to the spa industry, we have decided to make a synergy on our event with the thalassotherapy,” said Vladi Kovanic, organiser of the event.

“This award wishes to put the spotlight for the very first year on an outstanding man or woman from this particular industry, who by a simple action or a lifetime career has earned the recognition of his or her peers and thus been nominated by a panel of professionals and specialised journalists of the hotel and thalassotherapy industry.”

For its first year, the Red Diamond Award will focus only on thalassotherapy managers from France, but will be opened up internationally next year.
