Four Seasons prepares for St Petersburg spa hotel opening
Hotel operator Four Seasons will open a 177-bedroom hotel in St Petersburg, Russia later this year.
Scheduled for a mid-2012 opening, the ReardonSmith Architects-designed property will house a luxury spa, a number of restaurants and 775sq m (8,300sq ft) of meeting space.
The spa will spread across four floors and will include six spa treatment rooms - including a deluxe couple's suite with private lounge. The top floor of the spa will house a large relaxation area and spa pool under a glass roof. Facilities also include a 24-hour health club.
Four Seasons currently operates nearly 100 hotels around the world.
Earlier this year, the company announced that it will open a luxury resort at Walt Disney World Resort
