Four more sites join CBH
Classic British Hotels (CBH) has added a further four sites to its collection of independently owned and operated hotels.
Burn Hall Hotel near York – a Victorian mansion house set in 8 acres of parkland – is undergoing a complete refurbishment. The revamped bedrooms, restaurant, two bars and a new conference suite will be completed for a July launch.
Lancaster House Hotel in Lancaster has already undergone a £3.2m revamp to create a further 19 bedrooms and new conference suite to it’s existing facilities, which include a leisure club and restaurant.
In Shrewsbury, the Prince Rupert Hotel features three restaurants, a garden courtyard and a health club.
This month, the 72-bedroom boutique-style Cadbury House Hotel in Congresbury will reopen. The property offers meeting and conference facilities for up to 350 guests in the main 18th century house.
In addition to the four hotels is five-star serviced apartment accommodation in York. The city’s medieval Lendal Tower complex will provide one- and two-bedroom apartments, with guest facilities at the nearby Marmadukes Hotel.
