Fitness programming company F*tness f* has secured the global training and programme development rights for the new Reebok EasyTone Step.

The programme consists of initial training (online study plus a one-day practical workshop) and is supported by pre-choreographed CD/DVD updates every four months. F*tness f* will source and work with local training providers and train national programme leaders in territories across the world to deliver the EasyTone Step workshop to instructors.

The programme is licence-free and although pre-choreographed, allows instructors to modify the choreography to suit the varying needs of participants. The EasyTone Step is a platform consisting of a flat surface supported by a balance pod filled with air under each end.

The pods are connected by an air flow valve which permits, controls or prevents air flow between the pods. When the air flow valve is switched on, air is able to travel between the pods, thus creating an unstable surface on which to exercise. When combined with the programme’s dynamic exercise sequences, this instability adds a new dimension to group exercise, small group training and one-on-one workouts. Steele Williams, F*tness f* CEO said: "Like all of our programmes, the EasyTone Step programme features some of the most effective training methodologies, is designed to get members results and is set to a hard-hitting original artist soundtrack. It delivers innovative equipment backed up with fun, effective programming that's updated regularly."

The training is REPs-accredited with 16 CPDs and will be available from autumn 2012.
