Kenneth Ryan revealed as chair as ISPA announces newly-elected board officers

Kenneth Ryan is chief longevity officer for The Estate
Charlotte Prescott is now vice chair of ISPA and Taylor Fields is secretary/treasurer
All three leaders will begin their terms immediately, serving through the 2026 ISPA Conference between 30 March and 2 April

The International Spa Association (ISPA) has announced its newly elected board officers for 2025, including Kenneth Ryan as chair.

Ryan is chief longevity officer for The Estate and has served on ISPA’s executive committee and as a director since 2022.

He will be joined in his one-year term as chair by vice chair Charlotte Prescott and secretary/treasurer Taylor Fields.

Prescott is director of spa at Tierra Santa Healing House at Faena Hotel in Miami, Florida. She previously served as secretary/treasurer and has been a director since 2022.

Fields is the corporate director of spa, wellness and retail at PCH Hotels and Resorts – based in Birmingham, Alabama. Fields joined the ISPA board in 2023.

All three leaders will begin their terms immediately, serving through the 2026 ISPA Conference from 30 March and 2 April, at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas in Nevada, US.

Lynne McNees, ISPA president, said, “We’re pleased to welcome ISPA’s newly elected officers, whose leadership and expertise will help guide our continued success. Their vision and commitment as outstanding volunteer leaders signal a promising path forward.”

Former chair, Kelleye Martin, will transition into the role of ISPA immediate past chair. She has served on the ISPA board since 2018 and is also spa director at Trellis Spa, The Houstonian Hotel, Club and Spa.
