Katana opens in International Bar
A new restaurant called Katana has opened at The International Bar on Saint Martins Lane in London.
Deriving its name from a type of samurai sword, Katana is a 60 cover restaurant serving a wide variety of Pan Asian dishes on the first floor of the International building.
The interior has been designed with a contemporary but casual approach, featuring black leather chairs, silver table boxes and Buddha sculptures to emphasis the Asian influences of the restaurant.
Executive chef of the new site is Anthony Morrison, formerly of Mezzo while the head chef, Chris McLean, used to work at Harvey Nichols and Otto Dining Room.
