LA fitness launches energise

LA Fitness has launched Energise - the first nutritional programme offered under its weight management division.

The six-week course, designed by leading dietician Penny Hunking, focuses on health, wellbeing and weight management long term, rather then immediate weight loss.

'The public is constantly bombarded with quick fix weight loss programmes and celebrity diets and re-educating a nation convinced by this is not going to be easy,' says commercial fitness manager at LA Fitness, Jason Worthy.

'LA Weight Management teaches people about a balanced approach to eating - providing essential nutrients from healthy food - to ensure weight plateaus and stabilises at a healthy level.
