Leisure-net Solutions and David Monkhouse Consulting have announced they are to merge as of 1 April, having found significant synergy between the two leisure consultancies while working together on recent projects.

The companies have teamed up for work on Quest, the ukactive Code of Practice, Flame, BEE – the peer-to-peer and online customer experience training service – and active-net 2014, the new active leisure sector one-to-one networking event.

The new company, which will retain the Leisure-net Solutions name and brand, will help organisations make the most of customer insight, assisting them in using industry tools such as the National Benchmarking Service and Net Promoter Score to support change management and improve outcomes.

Mike Hill, managing director of Leisure-net Solutions, said: “David’s expertise across all aspects of the industry, will allow us to greatly expand the services we offer to the sector.

“Up until now, what we’ve done has been very much about asking the questions. Now we are able to move into suggesting what the answers may be, and offering training and development to meet our customers’ needs.”
