Luc's Brasserie to open second site
Luc's Brasserie, the London City-based Parisian style bistro, is to open a second site in the capital.
The company, which currently operates a restaurant in Leadenhall Market, has taken a 4,000sq ft site on Gresham Street, close to St Paul's Cathedral, on a 25-year lease.
The new site is arranged over basement, ground and first floor with the main dining room on the ground floor, and an additional smaller dining area on the first floor with high ceilings overlooking Gresham Street.
Leisure property agent Davis Coffer Lyons acted for private landlord Globalearn in the letting of the site.
