Hot on the heels of the success of its regional convention held at LIW the REPs team is now busy planning its third national convention – to be held at London’s Excel Centre on Saturday 1 March 2008.

Running alongside Multitrax’s Fitness Forum the convention will be open to around 300 delegates and will feature Cassie Findlay, Director of Education and Research, at Curves International as one of its keynote speakers.

As one of the leading figures in the fitness industry in America Cassie is passionate about her work and improving understanding of how not only how the body works but also how it responds to different types of exercise and nutrition.
