Four Pools Retail Park in Evesham, Worcestershire, is to be the site of a new Frankie & Benny’s restaurant.
The 3,256sq ft (302sq m) unit – which was formerly a Little Chef – has been let to The Restaurant Group, Frankie & Benny’s owner, on a 25-year lease at £75,000 per year by the Henderson CASPAR Property Fund.
Andrew Creighton, fund manager for Henderson, said: “Frankie & Benny’s is one of the most acquisitive restaurant operators in the market and allowed us the opportunity to add another successful tenant to this popular scheme, which is situated in a highly desirable market town.”
