Village Health and Wellness Clubs, which was acquired by Blackstone from KSL in July 2024, is gearing up to open its 34th UK club, in Reading, Berkshire.

Designed as a full-service wellness destination, it features a fully-equipped Technogym fitness suite, including Biostrength and Artis cardio kit offering entertainment, virtual routes and real-time progress-tracking.

There is also a functional training zone and free weights area; four group exercise studios, including an indoor cycle studio, a Box N’ BURN studio, and a reformer Pilates studio, an indoor swimming pool, sauna, steamroom and whirlpool.

The Village Gym App offers integration for class booking, personalised plans and community connections.

The site will also feature the brand’s flagship Village Advance programme — a 12-week personalised fitness journey combining tailored workouts, nutrition advice and regular progress check-ins to help members achieve their health goals.
