Securicor has launched cash machines complete with video screen in an attempt to draw more customers to use its 950 ATM's throughout the country.

The cash machines, mostly located in leisure sites, will now show the latest news, sport and weather as well as product advertisements on flat screens.

Information will be fed to the video screen via a phone line, so it can be updated at regular intervals. Content will be tailored for each specific location, meaning leisure sites can features specific promotions, events and special offers.
