Next Generation Clubs launch summer fitness camps
Health club group Next Generation today announced a new partnership with OFSTED-registered organisation Fit For Sport to provide health and fitness camps for children.
The registered children’s camps will run throughout the summer at nine Next Generation clubs – Romford, Dartford, Hatfield, York, Bristol, Ipswich, Chorley, Cambridge and Leicester.
Children will be able to take part in various activities including a football world cup academy, cricket, tennis, rounders, multi-sports team challenges, swimming, art and drama.
There will also be a special event every week such as talent shows, treasure hunts and dance-athons.
Head of family at Next Generation, Sarah Hobbs, said: “We are 100 per cent committed to encouraging children to develop and sustain a healthy lifestyle.
“Our new partnership with Fit for Sport offers a fun way for kids to be active, keep fit and make friends. Our aim is to encourage children as well as adults into using our facilities throughout the summer months.”
The camps will be open to both members and non-members alike, in order to raise activity levels for as many children as possible. Membership for the camp will be free to Next Generation members and begin from £10 for non-members. Details: www.nextgenerationclubs.co.uk
