Spa training specialist Urban Healing Company is conducting an online survey as part of efforts to improve the UK spa industry's understanding of what attracts people to the sector and what encourages them to stay or to leave.

Endorsed by the UK Spa Business Association, the UK Spa People Survey has been designed to help analyse the key factors that influence attraction, engagement and retention of employees within the UK spa industry.

Spa professionals at all levels are being encouraged to take part and complete the survey (to access the survey click here).

All responses will be dealt with confidentially and the survey will be live until 14 October 2012.

The results of the research will be presented at the SpaLife UK 2012 conference, held on November 14 in Daventry.

Each respondent will receive an electronic copy of the complete report following the Spa Life UK event - and will also be entered into a prize draw.
