The third edition of the Master in Hospitality and Hotel Management, which will feature teaching support from the BHA, will take place in London between 27 June and 25 July.

Organised by the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the UK, the initiative consists of an intensive training for Italian graduates and undergraduates committed to preparing for a high-powered career in the UK hospitality sector.

It is also aimed at Italian staff already working in the British hospitality industry but in need of expanding or consolidating their operational knowledge.

Drawing upon real cases and led by experienced teachers and testimonials, seminars will address subjects like communication, tourism marketing, general accounting and balance, budget control, forming prices to the customers, purchasing management, food & beverage, room division, congress management, leadership and personnel management, evaluation of human resources and quality.

Participants will also have a significant opportunity to boost their language skill and confidence as 80 per cent of classes will be held in English.
