Private fitness studio opens in Surrey
A privately-owned personal training studio has opened in Virginia Water, Surrey.
Founded by entrepreneur David Richardson and his business partner, the 900sq ft Wentworth Personal Training Studio has been equipped by Matrix and includes a number of cv stations, free weights, Concept 2 rowers and a group exercise area.
Co-owner David Richardson said the club will focus on a personalised exercise experience.
"We are restricting memberships to keep the experience personal," he said. "This is to ensure that members get the full attention of staff and the very best level of service. We want our clients to feel like they are having a personal training session every time they use the studio."
As part of the strategy, group exercise classes are limited to eight members and no more than four personal trainers work out of the facility at one time.
Annual membership to the studio costs £750 with a £250 joining fee and personal training starts at £35.
