Reducing violence in the workplace
AALARA, in conjunction with WorkCover’s Retail and Business Services Industry Reference Groups, is hosting a free breakfast seminar on how to minimise violence in your workplace.
WorkCover and the NSW Police service will provide information on how you can improve security and minimise the risk of violence in your workplace.
These seminars will suit business owners, managers, OHS committee members and anyone with responsibility for making the workplace safer.
Seminars will take place in Wyong (17 October), Burwood (18 October), Parramatta (19 October), Newcastle (24 October), Coffs Harbour (25 October), Tweed Heads (26 October), Orange (31 October), Shell Harbour (1 November), Campbelltown (2 November), Mt Pritchard (3 November).
All seminars will commence at 7am for a 7.30am start and will conclude at 9am.
