Revolutionary concept at new Esporta club
Esporta will unveil a new group cycling concept when it opens its Guildford club next month.
Known as Revolution, the classes will take place in a blackened studio with surround sound and plasma screens. Spotlights will shine on the bikes, which have moveable handlebars to provide a higher impact workout than traditional group cycling classes.
A large screen at the front of the studio will play motivating and stimulating visuals as the class progresses and an air handling system will fan and cool members to provide a realistic outdoor atmosphere.
The first Esporta facility to offer the concept, the £4.75m club will also feature a gym, 20m swimming pool, exercise studios, hydrotherapy spa, sauna and steamroom.
