Saint goes marching in
The Saint Bar has launched in Nottingham’s Lace Market quarter and will be marketed partly as a members-only venue, as it aims to attract the best of the city’s nightlife.
Designed by interior architect David Collins and masterminded by local entrepreneurs, Robert Beacham and John Whitehead, Saint promises to deliver both “upmarket service” and a variety of “amazing drinks”.
Bar consultant, Giles Looker, who oversaw the launch, has created a cocktail list and provided the bartender training.
David Collins said: “We have created a bar that reflects the history of the building and the famous street.”
The bar can hold 65 guests at a time and will be members-only during weekend nights. Details: www.saint-bar.co.uk
