Shrewsbury Town stadium set for new name
Shrewsbury Town Football Club (STFC) supporters are set to be given the chance to rename the club's home ground as part of a public vote unveiled by Greenhous.
The car dealership has extended its sponsorship with the Coca-Cola League Two club and is now inviting fans to vote for one of five options put forward for the venue. STFC left its former home at Gay Meadow in 2007 to move into the current 9,875-capacity stadium, which has been known as the Oteley Road Stadium and New Meadow.
However, supporters are now being asked whether they want the venue to be renamed the Greenhous Stadium, Colosseum, Park, Arena or Meadow. The poll closes on 21 May.
