Spa Uniforms to supply US$8.5bn CityCenter
Spa Uniforms, the US firm that was founded in 2002, is to supply the US$8.5bn (£5.5bn, 6.3bn euro) CityCenter mega-destination on the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada, US.
Garments customised for the Spa at ARIA - one of MGM Mirage's largest spas to date - included the tailoring of extra-long lengths, special fits and maternity uniforms as well as special attachments to securely attach key caddies.
All 20,000 garments were customised with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tracking chips, for efficient inventory management. The chip allows the CityCenter team to track where the uniforms are in their management process - whether they are being laundered, altered, or out being worn.
Noel Asmar, creative director and founder of Spa Uniforms, said: "CityCenter selected collections from all of our uniform divisions, and we are very proud to be a part of such a groundbreaking and creative enterprise, headed by such a brilliant team at CityCenter."
