Spa opens as part of alpine attraction

A NZ$7m (£2.6m, 3.3m euro, US$5.3m) Alpine Springs Spa and Winter Park attraction has opened at Lake Tekapo on the South Island in New Zealand.

The new attraction features a day spa, sauna and hot pools as well as a Winter Park, which will operate from early April to late September and this year house an outdoor ice skating rink. Details: alpinesprings.co.nz
