The developers of the St Catherine's Walk mixed-use scheme in Carmarthen, west Wales, have announced that the complex will open to the public in spring.

Funded by clients of Invista Real Estate Investment Management and developed in partnership with Simons Group and Carmarthenshire County Council, St Catherine's Walk provides a number of leisure facilities as well as 245,000sq ft of retail space.

The development includes a 1,000 seat, six-screen Apollo cinema directly off a newly created public square, alongside a number of restaurants and cafés.

Confirmed tenants include Pizza Express, Frankie & Benny's and Starbucks.
