Supply chain solutions
On Friday 8 May, the University of Surrey will be holding a key event for BHA members at its campus in Surrey.
Professor Peter Jones of the University of Surrey will lead a seminar entitled 'Supply Chain Solutions to survive the Recession' where he will present his thoughts on how foodservice providers can better use their supply chains to help survive the recession. He will give several examples of how this has been done in a Q&A session invite discussion.
There will also be a food show in the afternoon and a buffet lunch.
