Spa design consultancy TLee Spas and Wellness has appointed Ana Goldstein-Kogan as senior architect and wellness designer.

Goldstein-Kogan will lead the design of spa and wellness facilities, including the schematic design and construction documentation phases, complete with architectural drawings and plans.

She will translate wellness philosophies tied to thermal bathing, hydrothermal therapies and holistic treatment modalities and create spatial solutions across TLee Spas’ projects, tailoring them to meet luxury hospitality standards.

With more than two decades of design and project management experience, she will lead the internal design team as well as working directly with clients, operators, architects and brand partners.

In addition to advising on sustainable practices, aesthetically appropriate materials and finishes, Goldstein-Kogan will deliver technically sound, specialised wellness environments that integrate larger projects and mixed-use developments.

Goldstein-Kogan said: “I’m honoured to join the team at TLee Spas and Wellness and transform visionary wellness concepts into thoughtfully executed spaces. At a firm renowned for elevating the wellness industry, I’m eager to bring my architectural expertise to projects that push boundaries and set new standards in spa and wellness design.”

Prior to joining TLee Spas, Goldstein-Kogan was vice president of design at Related California and most recently she had a senior leadership at Steinberg Hart.

Her earlier roles include 12 years at spa design firm Clodagh Design as studio director. She led luxury residential hospitality interiors projects worldwide.

Jeanine Allpress-Cliffe, TLee Spas and Wellness’ recently appointed vice president, said: “We are thrilled to welcome Ana as our senior architect and wellness designer. Her depth of architectural leadership and experience within luxury residential and hospitality environments strengthens our ability to deliver sophisticated, globally relevant wellness destinations. Ana’s appointment marks an important step as we continue expanding our global presence and elevating our design capabilities.”
