TRIB3 takes its boutique concept to the Netherlands

UK-based boutique operator TRIB3 will open its first site in The Netherlands next year.

Due to open during Q2 2012, the opening will mark the sixth international territory for TRIB3, which last year announced plans to accelerate its expansion across Europe and the rest of the world.

The company currently has studios in the UK, Spain, Finland and Russia.

"We keep growing our family and looking forward to launching our next-level store in the Netherlands," said Kevin Yates, TRIB3 chief executive.

"With our unique workout concept already going from strength to strength worldwide, I'm confident this new store will absolutely fly.

"I'm always delighted to announce new territories and locations and to continue growing our global community – now more than ever we are seeing more and more people looking to enter this important, essential industry!

"We have more announcements to come on the expansion of the TRIB3 brand, with three additional countries to announce."

TRIB3 recently announced plans to open several new studios in the UK, including one in Edinburgh and two in Manchester – one of which will act as its global HQ and flagship location.

In 2019, fitness industry veterans Allan and Jonathan Fisher completed a Series A capital investment deal in TRIB3, which saw them acquire a controlling stake in the business.

Allan Fisher is the founder of premium health club operator Holmes Place, which he continues to be involved in today. Together with his son Jonathan, the pair also operate the low-cost brand ICON. Following the deal, the Fishers joined TRIB3's board of directors, with Jonathan taking up the position as chair of the board.
