Said to build a user’s muscular balance, the TRX also aids joint stability, mobility, and core strength while also improving posture and preventing injury.

Escape can create and develop dedicated spaces and zones within facilities for TRX training and, with training provider Fitness Anywhere, can also provide instructor training.
