Training, music and cut price bikes from Tomahawk
News from indoor cycling group, Tomahawk, includes details of the first UK Sensitive Cycling Instructor Training course, two brand new music cds and the chance to pick up a bike at a reduced price.
The training course took place at the Amida Club in Hampton, with instructors from Amida, Basingstoke Leisure Centre, St Mary's Sports Centre and The Isenhurst Country Club taking part.
A day of practical and theory sessions included low intensity heart rate monitored workouts, alternative programming concepts and an introduction to the inclusion of Autogenic Training into group cycling sessions.
Elsewhere, Tomahawk has added to its collection of 10 indoor cycling music cds with the introduction of Unicat phase 2, written especially for the company, and Determination, a selection of tracks compiled by members of the German Master Trainer team.
Finally, the chance to pick up a Tomahawk bike at a reduced price after their appearance at the FitFantastic convention in early April. The machines will be checked and cleaned before being despatched and will come with a full 5 year warranty on the drive mechanism and a 10 year warranty on the frame.
