Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust which operates 12 venues in Doncaster, has recently switched to the new Fast DD Platinum service provided by Debit Finance Collections.

This new service, launched by the collection specialists DFC earlier this year, has improved the ease with customers can sign up to the leisure services.

Kraig Kelly, Group Health and Fitness Manager at Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust said, "Our staff find this new system much simpler to use and therefore it speeds up the entire process. Our customers also see the benefit too as the whole sign up process is quicker and far more accurate."

DCLT wanted to be able to manage all their sites under one simple to use system. "We trusted Debit Finance Collections as we have been working with them for some time. We know that they understand our business needs and the needs of our customers and can provide a system that ticks all the boxes," comments Kelly.

FASTDD Platinum is an online direct debit collection system that fully integrates with the Trust's or local authority's website providing a seamless journey for the customer. It can be designed to look the same as any client's website. The system includes the ability to accommodate different cost centres which is particularly useful with multi-site operations where different price structures are offered.
