University of Leeds appoints Rob Wadsworth
University of Leeds (UoL) has appointed Rob Wadsworth as its new head of sport.
Wadsworth will join UoL this month from The University of York, where he spent more than two years as sports and recreation manager, being responsible for the strategic plan for the delivery of sport
At UoL he will be tasked with providing strategic and financial leadership for all aspects of the university's Sport and Physical Activity Service.
Wadsworth said: "My goal for Leeds is to continue to ensure the Sports and Physical Activity Service is the market leader in the delivery of sport and physical activity opportunities within the sector, maintaining its reputation for excellence and innovation that staff and customers are proud to be a part of."
