Von Essen COO quits

Colin Bailey has been appointed the new operations director at conference company Principal Hayley.

Bailey recently resigned from his post as chief executive of hotel operator Von Essen after just 12 months. A spokesperson for Von Essen attributed Bailey's leaving to "personal reasons". Prior to his role at Von Essen worked in various directorship roles at De Vere Group where he worked for 22 years.
