Whitbread launches new restaurant brand
Whitbread, the owner of Costa Coffee and Premier Inn, has launched a new restaurant brand called Table Table.
The company has opened 105 sites across the country, including Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Romford and Portsmouth.
The restaurants offer ‘flexible service’ where guests can choose whether to be served at the table or order at the bar, depending on whether they want a formal or informal dining experience.
There will also be a choice of dining spaces to suit customers’ mood. There will be “cosy and intimate” areas for romantic dinners, to large party areas in separate rooms.
Whitbread marketing manager Joanne Cox said: “This is an exciting new eating out concept. It brings a contemporary and sociable in-town dining experience to out of town locations.
“As the population begins to lead more and more busy and varied lifestyles, Table Table restaurants fit in with the hectic lives of our guests and their friends and family members.”
