Germaine de Capuccini releases Timexpert Skinreset treatment and retail products

A new paradigm is emerging: bioenergetic skincare – and with it, a fundamental shift in the anti-ageing focus towards prejuvenation, prevention over repair

Germaine de Capuccini has created a professional spa and beauty treatment using its new Timexpert Skinreset skincare collection. The new range is inspired by bioenergetic cosmetics and is designed to support skin health.

The Timexpert Skinreset line uses a patented technology called Mitocore NAD+, which is designed to act on cellular fatigue and support optimal skin function by understanding cellular energy as the origin of ageing.

The system doesn’t incorporate NAD+ by itself – instead, it uses liposomal NAD+ with complementary ingredients that affect mitochondria, oxygen utilisation and antioxidant defence.

The range is designed to optimise skin performance, restore vitality, strengthen resilience and enhance visible results over time.

The in-clinic treatment combines three steps: activation, boosting and sealing. The protocol includes the Intelligent Reset Mousse, the Cellular Reset Serum and the Energetic Reset Mask. The therapy is performed using the brand’s Metal Heart Massager, which is a cooling accessory that is said to elevate the efficacy of the experience.

Robert Stout, country manager for the UK at Germaine de Capuccini, told Spa Business: “Launching Timexpert Skinreset marks a defining moment for us as a business. We are not simply expanding our professional treatment offering. We are placing ourselves at the forefront of one of the most significant shifts in professional skincare of the last decade.

“A new paradigm is emerging: bioenergetic skincare – and with it, a fundamental shift in the anti-ageing focus towards prejuvenation, prevention over repair,” said Stout. “It’s already transforming the professional market, driving a new generation of ingredients focused on cellular longevity, and it is precisely what today's most forward-thinking clients are already asking for.

“At the heart of Timexpert Skinreset is our exclusive patented Mitocore NAD+ technology, a 4D approach that works at a cellular level to fight skin fatigue and the visible signs of ageing,” said Stout. “By harnessing liposomal delivery, it boosts cellular energy and works to restore skin functionality to levels associated with younger cells.”

The targeted at-home routine is designed to be suitable for all skin types and users aged 25 and above. The three products that make up the collection include the Cellular Energy Serum, Cellular Energy Cream and Cellular Energy Eye Contour Cream.

When used together, the brand says clinically-measured benefits include a more than 160 per cent increase in cellular energy and reinforcement of the skin barrier in 28 days.

The 50ml Cellular Energy Serum is the first step in the routine and it costs £92 (US$123, €106). Alongside the Mitocore NAD+, the product includes kefiran – a vegan postbiotic that aims to reinforce skin resilience.

The 50ml Cellular Energy Cream provides daily comfort and has been formulated to strengthen the skin barrier. It uses the Mitocore NAD+ complex as well as LPA – an ingredient that improves epidermal cohesion. The cream costs £82 (US$110, €94).

The 15ml Cellular Energy Eye Contour Cream has been crafted to have a decongesting and detoxifying effect on the skin around the eyes. It costs £56 (US$75, €64).
