We are a fast-growing fitness company is looking for an Area Sales Executive to join our team to help cover the South East of England.

Creators of FloatFit - workouts on water using the AquaBase, the original floating exercise mat. We offer the complete solution – equipment, instructor training, class content and ongoing support internationally with classes running from Scotland to Australia.

We are a small team working with regional providers and national chains including Parkwood Leisure, Places for People and Everyone Active. We work at a fast pace and offer excellent benefits and rewards for hard work and commitment.

This is a fantastic field-based opportunity for a talented sales professional to work hard and grow with the business. You will be covering the South East of England (including London).

Key Responsibilities
• Building and growing a sales pipeline, primarily gyms, health clubs, swimming pools, local trusts and council run facilities
• Prospecting for new business by doing site visits (minimum of 3-4 days a week), over the phone and through email
• Demonstrating AquaPhysical products
• Managing own diary including booking visits
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Building and maintaining existing relationships with customers
• Set-out and execute weekly plan for sales development
• Traveling to customer sites to assess needs and demonstrate products

The position is based remotely, will require a monthly visit to the South West office in Exeter. You will be covering the South East of England (including London).  

About you:
• Full UK Driving Licence + access to your own car
• 2+ years sales / business development experience (essential)
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Previous B2B sales experience (desirable)
• Previous experience with CRM (Salesforce, Zoho or other)
• Interest in Health and Fitness
• Strong computer skills, verbal and written English
• Ability to manage time effectively
• Strong communication skills (including written English)
• High degree of motivation
• Self-starter, strong proactive nature and a desire to succeed
