Front of House Apprenticeship

What will the role involve?

The Front of House Apprenticeship is aimed at providing you with the first steps and skills to develop in the Leisure Reception role.

This apprenticeship will help you to gain a fully nationally recognized Customer Service qualification along with developing interpersonal and customer interaction skills.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who have a unique drive towards delivering a high level of customer service and administration.

Across the 12-month apprenticeship you will gain a:

As part of your apprenticeship, you will be embedded into a fully operational reception and admin department where you will work closely with experienced Receptionists and Front of House Managers to learn and develop the specific customer service standards. • Climb out unaided without ladders/steps and where pool design permits

Activity Leadership Apprenticeship

What will the role involve?

The Activity Leadership (Multi Skilled Diploma) Apprenticeship, can be your first step to a career in the Leisure Industry, as an Activity Leader.

This apprenticeship will give you a nationally recognised qualification in a range of different leisure roles, in order to become an integral part of the leisure team.

Across the 12 month apprenticeship you will gain a:

• NPLQ Pool Lifeguard Certificate
• Fitness Instructor Certificate
• Activity Leading Certificate
• Adolescences Certificate
• Leisure Operations Certificate

As part of your apprenticeship, you will work within a fully operational Leisure Facility gaining the skills required to safely operate in all areas. As part of this role, you will be identified as an Activity Leader and required to deliver safe, fun and effective activity sessions to a range of different leisure customers, utilising the different areas of the facility. You will be required to complete your apprenticeship qualification in line with your working hours and link into your working practices to demonstrate the competencies you have gained, across all certificates.

This is an exciting opportunity for any candidate who has a drive and commitment to developing a career in the leisure industry, with the sectors leading operator who has been voted operator of the year for the last 2 consecutive years.
