130-room hotel opens at Clarence Dock
The 130-room Express by Holiday Inn Leeds Armouries hotel has just opened at Clarence Dock in the centre of Leeds.
Glasgow-based BDL Hotel Group owns and operates the property, which also boasts three meeting rooms, a restaurant and a bar.
The hotel is the first commercial property to open at the £250m mixed-use development at the docks, which will also be home to a London Clubs International casino and an exhibition centre.
It is estimated that the Clarence Dock site will attract 1.5 million visitors per year when completed next year. Details: www.clarencedock.com
