AA Hotel Services has announced the most recent additions in the higher AA Rosette Awards. The new three AA Rosettes represent the exceptional standard of cuisine experienced by AA inspectors from both long established and new restaurateurs.

Thirteen winners were awarded three AA rosettes in January 2008 including the following BHA members.

Well House Hotel, who were described as a culinary hideaway serving a well balanced selection of modern British dishes.

Texture, a new restaurant in the Mostyn Hotel which offers accomplished modern French cuisine.

Rhodes W1 Restaurant, Gary Rhodes’ latest luxurious venture situated in the Cumberland Hotel offering a menu full of flair and style that is classically French with modern British influences and De Vere Deluxe Cameron House set in the shores of Loch Lomond serving elegant French dining.
