ACE unveils £500k digital innovation fund
Arts Council England (ACE) has announced the launch of a new £500,000 fund designed to support arts and cultural schemes that embrace digital technology to attract wider audiences.
In partnership with the Arts and Humanities Research Council and the National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts, funding will help groups harness digital innovation. It is hoped that research and development initiatives supported by the Digital R&D Fund for Arts and Culture will have a positive impact on organisations across the sector.
ACE chief executive Alan Davey said: "This fund is a golden opportunity for cultural organisations to partner with technical experts, get to grips with the detail, and reap rich rewards."
